Accounting services for the self-employed

What you need, at the right time

When starting out, a self-employed person needs three or four steps handled correctly at the right time, and needs to know which ones.

What you can handle directly

Record your income and expenses

If your turnover for the last financial year was below CHF 500,000, the law allows simplified accounts covering income, expenditure and assets. A spreadsheet may be enough, provided it is kept up to date regularly.

File your supporting documents

You are best placed to identify your documents, and receipts filed throughout the year make the year-end simpler and less costly.

Follow up on payments due

An unpaid invoice that is not followed up is often a self-employed person's first cash-flow difficulty, even before tax.

03

What we take on

The year-end and the tax return

From what you have kept. It is the most common engagement in the early years.

VAT

If you are liable: registration, choice of method, returns.

Moving to a company

When the time comes, under the tax conditions that make the transfer tax-neutral.

Reviewing your self-employed activity

Whether your activity is just starting or already under way, we review your situation and your questions, and tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait.
