HR administration

Everyday HR tasks

A contract to sign before Monday, a certificate requested by a bank, an amendment pending for three months. Taken one by one, these tasks seem minor; together, they take up time that would be better spent on your business.

01

What we take on

On hiring

Employment contract, social insurance registrations, work permit applications where required, and opening the personnel file.

During employment

Contract amendments, changes in working hours, promotions, certificates for banks, letting agencies and authorities, and monitoring permit expiry dates.

On leaving

Final settlement, the employment reference (certificat de travail), leaver notifications, and checking that nothing is left outstanding.

On an ongoing basis

An up-to-date, complete and accessible personnel file that does not rely on any one person's memory.

02

Outsource everything, or only part

HR administration can be outsourced service by service. You can start with payroll and add other services later, or outsource the whole function from the outset.

  1. You remain the employer

Your staff are your employees and their contracts are in your name. The decisions remain yours: who you hire, on what terms and how the work is organised. We explain what each decision involves before you make it.

  2. Administration, payroll and absences are interlinked

A backdated medical certificate changes the previous month's payslip, a year-end bonus is not treated in the same way as salary, and a new hire can create a new obligation for the company. When we handle all three, follow-up is seamless.

03

A secure, well-maintained personnel file

A personnel file contains data protected by law: health, family situation and sometimes debt enforcement. Handling it requires appropriate rules on access and retention.

10 years for accounting records, including payslips (art. 958f CO); at least 5 years for Labour Act records (art. 73 OLT 1); everything else is destroyed once no longer needed (art. 6(4) FADP)
